I rarely leave reviews with the exception being when I encounter customer service that far exceeds my high expectations. People expect a 10% service charge just for serving your meal. Today at Manchester Airport I had the pleasure to be served by a gentleman called Simon who provided me and my wife with the highest standard of service over a 3 hour period. Simon transformed our pre-holiday experience from tedious to excellent with his engaging personality, attention to detail and all round attentiveness. What an asset this young man is to this business. Thank you Simon.

I had a wonderful experience at this cafe bar, Their vegetarian breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was delicious. Highly recommend it.

So me and my Wife were at Terminal 2 to Fly to Cape Verde and as we were waiting for our flight we headed to the Apiary for a drink and a bite to eat. We were warmly greeted by a waitress who showed us to our Table and to order you go to the bar or scan the QR code and enter your table number, To drink i ordered a Pint Of IPA and my Wife opted for a glass of Wine and for food I ordered 2 toasted Crumpets with a Honey butter(6) and my Wife ordered Smoked Salmon, Scrambled Egg on Toasted Sourdough bread. Food was well presented and I really enjoyed my Crumpets and my Enjoyed her Salmon but her Scrambled Eggs were runny and she prefers her eggs well done, Drinks were well presented and tasted great and the Service was fantastic, Restaurants was spotlessly clean and polite and friendly staff. 5 stars Great spot before a flight! Stylish, calm atmosphere with runway views. Had the full English and a flat white both delicious. Staff were friendly and quick special thanks to Leonie who was fantastic and made the experience even better. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and setting. Would definitely come back.

Brilliant experience, good drinks and atmosphere to get you in the holiday spirit. We was served by Jordan who was friendly and attentive.

Sat beside the window with a view of the planes. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered food and it came promptly, great presentation and tasted wonderful. Servers at the bar are chatty and very polite. We visited twice while waiting for our flight, as there's loads of tables and a good atmosphere.
